BALARA MANOR RENTAL RATES

The following rental rates are in effect for the 2008 Rental Period.

November 1 - July 31 -- $3,500 per week for up to 6 people
---$350 per week per additional person for a maximum of 8 people
---During the Thanksgiving,Christmas and New Years weeks there will be a 10% additional Holiday season charge

August 1 - October 30 -- $2,750 per week for up to 6 people
---$300 per week per each additional person for a maximum of 8 people

If your party is less than six people and the rental date is within 60 days of arrival we can work with you on a reduced rental rate. Please contact us for info and availability

Included in the Rental price is the complete private use of the house and grounds. We have cable TV and free High Speed WIFI.
There will be weekly maid service included in the Rental rate. If you would like maid service more often let us know. Additional maid service can be arranged for a nominal fee.

If you have any other desires let us know and we can help you find them on the island

TERMS
We consider Balara Manor to be a NO SMOKING house -- But there are ash trays outside for smoking for those who indulge. We just ask that you do not smoke inside the house.
50% down payment of the rental amount at the time of booking.. The balance of the rental amount will be due 60 days prior to the rental period. There will be a $500.00 damage deposit due at the time of the final payment. The damage desposit will returned after inspection of the house shortly after you leave.
